Trades Pilot AI provides AI-powered operations management software for home service contractors, including:

  • Voice AI for automated call handling
  • SMS and chat automation
  • Lead management and nurturing
  • Database reactivation
  • Integration with field service management software

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the services

5. AI Communications Compliance

When using our AI-powered communication features, you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable telecommunications laws (TCPA, A2P 10DLC, etc.)
  • Obtain proper consent before sending automated messages
  • Maintain accurate opt-in records
  • Honor opt-out requests promptly
  • Not use AI communications for prohibited content (spam, fraud, harassment)

6. Integrations

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber, etc.). You are responsible for:

  • Complying with the terms of those third-party services
  • Maintaining valid accounts and credentials
  • Any fees charged by third-party providers

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Trades Pilot AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without written permission.

8. Payment Terms

Pricing and payment terms will be provided in your service agreement. You agree to:

  • Pay all fees according to your selected plan
  • Provide accurate billing information
  • Notify us of any billing disputes within 30 days

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • Access to services will continue until the end of your billing period
  • No refunds will be provided for partial months
  • Your data may be retained for a limited period as required by law

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADES PILOT AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trades Pilot AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the services
  • Your violation of these terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
